Just thinkin' about old friends, that's all.
Anyway, I haven't kept NEARLY enough track of everybody else's Pokemon to know for sure, but I'd say there's probably connections. God knows I've gotten plenty of surprise Pokemon on holidays that are a little too fitting to be coincidences.
